1. 條款接受 / Acceptance of Terms
使用 Archi App（下稱「本服務」）即表示您同意本服務條款。若您不同意，請勿使用 本服務。
By using the Archi app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. 服務說明 / Description of Service
Archi 是一款透過 AI 分析您上傳之房間照片，提供佈置建議並連結至真實、 可購買商品的行動應用程式。AI 建議僅供參考，並非專業室內設計服務，其準確性 不予保證；建議是否適合您的空間，最終判斷責任在於您本人。
Archi analyzes room photos you submit using AI to generate decor suggestions and link to real, purchasable products. AI suggestions are informational only and are not professional interior design advice. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and you are responsible for judging whether a suggestion is suitable for your space.
3. 資格與帳號註冊 / Eligibility / Account Registration
您必須年滿 13 歲方可使用本服務，並可透過 Apple、Google 或手機簡訊驗證碼建立 帳號。您有責任妥善保管帳號存取安全。
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Accounts may be created via Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or phone SMS verification. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
4. 使用者內容與授權 / User Content & License
您上傳之房間照片仍為您所有。您授予我們一項有限、非專屬之授權，僅為向 AI 服務 供應商傳送並產生佈置建議與商品搜尋查詢之目的處理該照片，且僅於您帳號存續 期間或直至您刪除該筆掃描為止。
You retain ownership of the room photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that photo — solely for the purpose of transmitting it to our AI service provider and generating decor suggestions and product search queries from it — for as long as your account exists or until you delete that scan, whichever is earlier.
5. 第三方商品與連結 / Third-Party Products & Links
本服務顯示之商品連結（例如 IKEA、MUJI、Nitori、Amazon）皆指向獨立第三方 零售商之網站。Archi 並非該等購買交易之當事人，對商品之庫存、價格、品質 或運送不負任何責任；價格與庫存資訊可能於顯示後隨時變動。本服務目前未使用 任何聯盟行銷（affiliate）連結；若未來啟用，將於此處揭露。
Product links shown in the Service (e.g. IKEA, MUJI, Nitori, Amazon) point to independent third-party retailer websites. Archi is not a party to any purchase transaction and assumes no responsibility for product availability, pricing, quality, or shipping; prices and availability may change at any time after being shown to you. The Service does not currently use any affiliate links; if that changes, it will be disclosed here.
6. AI 生成內容免責聲明 / AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
佈置建議、色票與描述文字皆由 AI 模型生成，可能包含不準確或不適用之內容。 商品連結於產生時經伺服器驗證存在，但外部連結可能隨時間失效或內容變更， 本服務不對其後續有效性提供保證。
Decor suggestions, color palettes, and descriptive text are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific situation. Product links are validated server-side as existing and matching at the time they are generated, but external links can go stale or change over time — we make no warranty as to their continued validity.
7. 禁止行為 / Prohibited Uses
您同意不會：(a) 上傳非您本人房間或未經同意拍攝之照片；(b) 嘗試規避每日掃描 配額或濫用系統；(c) 以自動化方式大量呼叫本服務；(d) 上傳違法、侵權或有害 內容。
You agree not to: (a) upload photos of rooms that are not yours or taken without consent; (b) attempt to circumvent your daily scan quota or otherwise abuse the system; (c) call the Service programmatically at scale; (d) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
8. 智慧財產權 / Intellectual Property
Archi 之名稱、標誌、視覺設計與軟體為我們或授權方所有。除本條款明示授予之 權利外，不移轉任何智慧財產權予您。
The Archi name, logo, visual design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
9. 終止與帳號刪除 / Termination / Account Deletion
您可隨時於「個人檔案 → 刪除帳號」內刪除您的帳號，此操作將永久移除您的照片、 掃描紀錄與個人資料（受隱私權政策第 6 節所述保留期間之限制）。我們亦保留於 您違反本條款時暫停或終止您帳號之權利。
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your photos, scans, and personal data (subject to the retention window described in Privacy Policy Section 6). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
10. 免責與責任限制 / Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
本服務依「現狀」及「現有」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示之擔保。在法律允許之 最大範圍內，我們對因使用本服務所生之任何間接、附帶或衍生性損害不負賠償 責任。
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. 準據法 / Governing Law
本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋及規範，並以台灣之法院為第一審管轄法院， 不受其法律衝突原則之限制。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and courts located in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction as courts of first instance.
12. 條款變更 / Changes to Terms
我們可能不時修改本條款。重大變更將於 App 內另行通知；持續使用本服務即表示 您接受更新後之條款。
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
